Our story

Aleksander, one of Scandinavia’s biggest Lord of the Rings nerds, started the Lore of the Rings channel to share his love of J. R. R. Tolkien’s books. Over a few years, he turned it into several ambitious passion projects. But as YouTube took more and more time from the rest of his life, he began looking for a better way to work. That search became Mittalmar when he met Thomas, a developer who shared the same vision. Together, they set out to build tools that give creators more time for the ideas and stories that matter.
