Mittalmar processes account information and data needed to provide its services, including public YouTube data used in research. Mittalmar updates its metrics daily. Some figures are estimates because of limitations in the YouTube API. VPD, volume, outlier ratio, engagement ratio, and channel average score are calculated by Mittalmar rather than provided by YouTube.
You can cancel during a trial to avoid being charged, or before your subscription renews to avoid the next renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made.
