We use LemonSqueezy to process payments, so Mittalmar does not store your card details.
Mittalmar tracks public YouTube data. We do not track or store private channel information, and we do not access your private channel data.
Mittalmar updates its metrics daily. Some figures are estimates because of limitations in the YouTube API. VPD, volume, outlier ratio, engagement ratio, and channel average score are calculated by Mittalmar rather than provided by YouTube.
Some Mittalmar plans include a free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged. After the trial, monthly plans are non-refundable, while annual plans may be refunded within 7 days of payment if the account has not been heavily used. Renewals and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable unless canceled or requested within 7 days. To request a refund, email support@mittalmarhq.com.
