Write the most specific version the footage can support. Remove any detail that exists only to make the title sound bigger.
[started, stopped, or changed one behavior] Describe one observable rule. A precise behavior such as waking before sunrise is easier to follow than a broad goal such as becoming productive.
[time period] Choose the period the experiment actually ran. It should be long enough for setbacks or change to appear, but the title should not imply scientific certainty.
When this Format works
Use it when you can show a measurable or felt change over time. The behavior needs to be specific enough that viewers can imagine trying it themselves.
Why it creates interest
The time box makes an open-ended lifestyle claim testable. Viewers want the result, but they also want the setbacks and unexpected second-order effects.
When not to use it
Avoid it for one-off experiences, retrospective life stories, or tests where the outcome depends mainly on comparing products rather than changing a behavior.

Pair it with the thumbnail
Keep the rule and duration in the title. Use the thumbnail for a visible state the experiment produced, or for one decisive moment from the process. A clock can add context, but repeating the full title in thumbnail text wastes space.
