Setup guide

Connect with Codex

Add Mittalmar as a remote MCP server, approve access in your browser, and use your creator workflow from Codex.

Server URLhttps://mcp.mittalmar.com/mcp

Codex desktop

  1. Open MCP settings

In Codex, open Settings and choose MCP servers.

  2. Add Mittalmar

Select Add server, enter Mittalmar as the name, and choose Streamable HTTP.

  3. Paste the server URL

Use https://mcp.mittalmar.com/mcp, save the server, and restart Codex if prompted.

  4. Authenticate

Select Authenticate. Sign in to Mittalmar in your browser and approve access.

  5. Return to Codex

After approving access, return to Codex and check that authentication completed. You can close the browser tab even if the temporary callback page says it cannot connect. Then restart Codex and start a new conversation.

The 127.0.0.1 page is expected

Codex briefly returns to a temporary callback on your own computer to finish sign-in. Your browser may say it cannot connect after Codex has already accepted the authorization and closed that callback. Return to Codex and check its success message before retrying.

Codex CLI

If you prefer the command line, run these commands one at a time:

codex mcp add mittalmar --url https://mcp.mittalmar.com/mcp
codex mcp login mittalmar

The second command opens your browser so you can sign in and approve access.

Verify the connection

Ask CodexWhat Mittalmar tools do you have available?

If Codex does not find Mittalmar, restart it and open a new conversation. See troubleshooting for more help.

Client interfaces can change. Check the official OpenAI MCP guide ↗ for the latest Codex controls.
